I have just spoken with the customer support in Cyprus over Skype Phone.

The lady said that it is a technical problem with huge amount of withdrawals, which they promise to be solved by late Friday or up to Saturday.
Meaning that all pending withdrawals to PPs will be cleared.
One problem they are trying to cope with are the overwhelming amounts they need to supply to the payment processors, which have their limitations, as exchange operations, etc.
On the other hand the highly increased quantity of orders to process per day. They have never had such an amount of withdrawal requests per day until recently.
The lady confirmed that smaller payments are made with higher priority than those for larger amounts, in order not to worry the majority of us.
The lady sounded in my opinion very sincere and reassuring and said that these are simply technical issues which will be settled by the weekend.
I told her that it is not the best moment to promote a new plan before paying the pending withdrawals, because we feel not reassured to make a new spend before we get payed.
Further I said that they should publish some news relating to the problems at hand and not leave us in the dark.
She agreed understanding our worries and said she will pass my remark to the responsible staff.

My opinion is that the B.C. case caused some panic to us investors and disturbed the normal cash-flow to/from GF, hence the technical problems described above.
We shall hope that what I have been explained is the truth....or do we have another choice indeed?

P.S.
I forgot to mention that the lady spoke fluent English with a slight Greek accent, but this fact can be confirmed for sure only by a native English speaker.
Anyway it seems that GF have some real people behind the scenes!

Email ini saya dapat dari salah satu reader TentangHYIP.com. Saya sangat kaget ketika membaca email ini. Seperti nya admin secara tidak langsung memaksa investor untuk mem-post payment proof mereka. Kalau tidak post, maka pembayaran akan lebih lama.

Baru kali ini saya melihat admin seperti ini. Saya tidak mau berasumsi jelek. Tetapi harap berhati2 di MarcoReturns. Jangan sampai kejadian RichAliens terulang lagi.

RichAliens versi 1 sudah gugur. Versi kedua muncul dengan admin yang sama namun plan yang beda. Investor yang mengalami kerugian diberikan refund secara cuma2, tetapi refund itu pun tidak langsung masuk ke account Liberty Reserve investor. Malahan masuk ke dalam plan baru RichAliens. Sama seperti MarcoReturns.

PS: RichAliens sudah SCAM dalam 1-2 minggu.

The programmer we've been paid failed to deliver us the script we wanted and the enemies couldn't stand to not tried to put us down. We explained already to members why the payouts were delayed and we think it's understandable as long as you're not thinking as a scammer.

However, as long as in this online industry most of them if not all, are scammers we can understand members attitude either. We have two choices now: either those with pendings to wait for couple of more days so we get online the funds loaded already and the site to continue to pay, or to close the site, do an 100% audit and see who ever is not in profit to be refunded and close the site.They called us scammers for no reasons.

We told them all from the beginning that we are not online wizards but we know to make business offline. That is why we couldn't find the right programmer and we failed on this for now. If members will choose to give us their trust we will continue the payments and everybody will be paid into the end and a new script will be released for us by another programmer which hopefully won't be as worse as the last one. It's not that we are scammers, or not professionals but online working is something we learned step by step and apparently not fast enough for this kind of clients.

We don't blame anybody for what they said and we understand them but it's just not true. The chance to continue it's up to our members now if they will have enough patience. So you choose.Also we would like to announce everybody that we give up the bank account deposits because they were too many who asked to invest with bank wire and requested payouts on payment processors.

As we said before we are not exchangers. We just choosed to be honest and tell you the truth. It's your choice if you believe us or not.Thank you for all your help and understanding and please post this on all forums so everybody to see it.

One more thing we need to say. Most of our support team is from Indonesia and even if you don't know there is New Chinese Year now there, which is a big holiday in their area. That is why all support team got few days off. We really hope that you can understand the delays in answering the support tickets because of this. Thank you very much.
